COMPANY BRIEF INTRODUCTION: 

WINITOOR was established in 2004 at Quanzhou Fujian Province of China.We are specialized in the R&D, production and marketing of a series of building material: microsilica(silica fume) ,GGBFS ,water reducing agent... they are in the application of concrete(HPC), Mortar ,Refractory, fertilizer etc. We have built our own microsilica processing plant in the major area of Chinese ferro-silicon and silica metal factories,and our annual output is more than 100,000 metric tons. 

Relying on many years of a high reputation and good service in the international market, WINITOOR have built excellent business relationships with customers from all over the world, including gulf countries, Japan,Korea,Vietnam,Indonesia, Europe, North America,South-East Asia,Latin-America,and Africa etc.

Winitoor as one of leading Manufacturer & exporter for microsilica in China , And have been in this line for more than 8 year .Winitoor possess own  more than 10 plants silica fume collection equipment at Fujian,Yunnan,Sichuan, Xinjiang... The furnace all above 12500kw.

4.Product Application

Microsilica in application of concrete

Manufacture high-strength concrete(C79 above),Significantly enhanced the strength of concrete and pumping performance;

Manufacture of high permeability(≥P30)，waterproof concrete structure for the MTR,tunnels,the basement of high-rise buildings;

Manufacture marine and chemical concrete,because of its dense high performance,effectively prevent the sulfate and chloride ion permeability of concrete, erosion, avoid being reinforced concrete corrosion,theereby prolonging the life span of concrete; 

In water highway,bridge project, the basic needs not only of concrete indicators, its wear and erosion resistance is very demanding, micro-doped silica fume is necessary;

MICROSILICA fume strong activity, a caustic water properties,applicable to the needs of rapid construction early strength,high strength concrete admixtures;tunnels,subways,large-scale structure in the course of construction Pit Support for the high-strength concrete plus jet; underwater construction project (such as: Pier Dam,and drilling platforms,etc) use in concrete admixture.

MICROSILICA in the application of refractories

Traditional refractories in many pores,microsilica fume filling in the pores ,increased bulk density and porosity of lower intensity can significantly enhanced.

Microsilica with strong activity in the water yo form colloidal particles,adding suitable dispersant can be strengthened liquidity, thereby improving performance casting.

Microsilica fume formed easily in the water-Si-oh and has strong hydrophilicity and activity can enhance the coshesion refractories, at the  same time, high temperature performance major improvements, and extens the life of refractory products.

Microsilica fume widely used in the refractory industry following.

Replace aluminum oxide mud for refractories.

As additives production unshaped and amorphous refractory products,its strength,high temperature performance greatly improved.

Shing drums for the overall combination of procoagulant casting agent

Other refractory products cohesion agent, binder, procoagulant agent, additives.

Professional QC team surpervise from material collection till stuffing the material tocontainers .Sampling for each batch,using Beijing Unversity lab.&SGS for testing.

How to claim for dispute resolution ?

1) In the event of any dispute or difference of opinions, we shall settle through friendly

consultation and strive to achieve the benefit maximization of the clients.

2) If no settlements can be reached through friendly negotiation, the case shall then be submitted to the Foreign Trade Arbitration Commission of The China Council for the promotion of International Trade, Beijing , for settlement by arbitration in accordance with the Commission’s Provisional Rules of Procedure.
